11. Course Booking and Participation

11.1 Booking and Payment

Users can book courses related to powder brow treatments and other related topics offered by Maty Liesenborgs through the Site.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the course.
All payments must be made in accordance with the payment instructions provided on the Site.

11.2 Course Participation

Participants must comply with all course requirements as outlined by Maty Liesenborgs, including but not limited to age restrictions, prerequisites, and necessary equipment.
Participants are responsible for their own learning and engagement during the course.

11.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Participants may reschedule their course booking until 30 days prior to the course start date.
No refunds will be given for cancellations unless due to exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated by Maty Liesenborgs on a case-by-case basis.
Maty Liesenborgs reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to transfer to another course.

11.4 Intellectual Property in Course Materials

All materials provided during the course are the intellectual property of Maty Liesenborgs or its licensors and are for personal use by the participant only.
Participants are not permitted to copy, distribute, sell, or use the course materials for commercial purposes without express written consent from Maty Liesenborgs.

11.5 Liability

Maty Liesenborgs is not responsible for any personal injury, results or damage to property that occurs during participation in courses, except to the extent such injury or damage is due to the negligence of Maty Liesenborgs.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance coverage for participation in the course.

11.6 Changes to Courses

Maty Liesenborgs reserves the right to make changes to the advertised courses including but not limited to changes in course content, instructors, and location.
Participants will be notified of any significant changes prior to the course start date.

12. Webshop Terms and Conditions

12.1 Product Descriptions

Maty Liesenborgs endeavors to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on the Site are accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur, and Maty Liesenborgs does not guarantee that all product descriptions and prices are completely accurate, reliable, or error-free.

Users may purchase products directly through the Site's webshop.
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

Maty Liesenborgs will provide customers with post-treatment care instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure the best results from their treatment.
We provide the same high-quality and experienced service for every client, but the healed results can vary with every client due to things beyond our control, such as; your age, skin type, immune system, lifestyle, medications, skincare, and adherence to our before and aftercare instructions. Therefore, healed results vary from client to client; follow-up sessions are highly recommended so we can work with you and your body to get you the best results possible.

13.7 Liability

Maty Liesenborgs is not liable for any issues or complications arising from the customer's failure to disclose relevant health information or to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.
The liability of Maty Liesenborgs for any issues directly resulting from the treatment itself is limited to the cost of the treatment or rectification of any issues, as deemed appropriate by Maty Liesenborgs.
